The Nikon D4: A behemoth and beauty of a camera. See its mirror, shutter and lens aperture operate at 1000fps. (Note: The D4 can shoot stills at 10 FPS; this is referring to the slow-motion video used to capture the D4 in action.) I thought this video was both impressive and humorously "dramatic" with its sharp lighting and overblown sound effects. Take what you want from it.

Scheimpflug Employees Jason Kolsch, and Jayson Jordan unboxed the Nikon D4 and made a quick movie, capturing it using the Phantom Gold with Zeiss CP2 Macro lenses. The scene was lit with a K5600 Joker 800, and two 400's. Colby Moore was the Phantom Technician and editor. The Nikon D4 is now available for rent at Scheimpflug.
